This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of reo.tf ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website reo.tf and its subdomains, and the TwoFold game application available on the Roku platform (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Server logs (website)

When you visit reo.tf or its subdomains, our web server (nginx) automatically records standard technical information in its access logs. This may include your IP address, browser type and version (user agent), the page or resource requested, referring URL, and the date and time of the request. These logs are generated automatically by the server software and are used only for operating, securing, and troubleshooting the site.

TwoFold application (Roku)

TwoFold is a single-player puzzle game. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play. The application does not currently collect personal information that identifies you.

• Local game data. Game settings and progress (such as your current board or best score) may be stored locally on your Roku device so the game can resume. This information stays on your device unless a feature described below is enabled.
• Roku platform data. The Roku platform itself collects certain information when you use any channel, governed by Roku's own privacy policy. We do not control Roku's data practices. Please review Roku's privacy policy at docs.roku.com/published/userprivacypolicy.

Planned features

We are disclosing the following planned features in advance so you are informed before they are introduced. We will update this policy with an effective date before any such feature is activated.

• Advertising. We may add advertising to TwoFold using the Roku Advertising Framework (RAF). When ads are served, Roku may use your device's Roku Advertising Identifier (Ad ID) and related information to deliver and measure ads. Roku provides controls to limit ad tracking and reset the Ad ID in your device settings. Advertising through RAF is subject to Roku's advertising and privacy policies.
• Online high scores. We may add the ability to save scores or progress to a server we operate. If enabled, the game would transmit score data (and a non-identifying device or session identifier) to that server so scores can be stored or displayed. We will not require personal information such as your real name or email to use this feature.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to:

• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
• diagnose technical problems and prevent fraud or abuse;
• save and restore your game progress and settings on your device;
• where enabled in the future, serve and measure advertising and store online scores; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use server logs or game data for cross-site advertising or to build marketing profiles.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only in limited circumstances:

• Service providers and platforms. With infrastructure and platform providers that help us operate the Services, such as our hosting provider and the Roku platform (including, if advertising is enabled, the Roku Advertising Framework).
• Legal requirements. When required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users or the public.

5. Data Retention

Server access logs are retained only as long as needed for operational, security, and troubleshooting purposes, after which they are deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course. Game data stored locally on your device remains until you clear it or remove the application.

6. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

7. Your Choices

You can limit ad tracking and reset your Roku Advertising Identifier through your Roku device settings. You can clear locally stored game data by removing or reinstalling the application. You may also contact us with questions about your information.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes, including the activation of advertising or online score features, will be reflected here before those features take effect. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
